What you choose to share
The form collects your name, contact details, current location, Navodaya connection, school and batch information where applicable, business details, your role, offerings and networking interests. It also records the choices you make about registration processing and optional community updates.
Why we use it
NCE uses this information to receive and review your registration, understand your business and respond about relevant next steps. Submitting the form does not itself approve membership, verify a business or publish your contact details.
Who can access it
Registration submissions are stored in the website's WordPress database on the hosting service. Authorised website administrators can access them for NCE review and follow-up. Hosting and website software providers process information as needed to operate the service. The form may also record technical information such as the submission time, browser and network address for security and administration.
Community updates
Consent to optional NCE updates is separate from registration processing. You can leave that option unchecked or withdraw it by contacting NCE. Messages necessary to respond to your registration are handled separately.
Keeping information accurate
You may request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion by emailing admin@nceconnect.org. Include your registration reference where available. NCE may ask you to confirm that the information belongs to you before acting on a request.
Retention and the member portal
Registration information is kept for review, follow-up and related administration. Contact NCE if you no longer wish to proceed. If your information is used to continue a profile in the member portal, the team will explain the next steps and request any additional verification or consent needed. Registration is not an automatic transfer into approved membership.
Photos and confidential information
Community photographs illustrate NCE gatherings. Contact NCE about a photograph involving you. Please do not put identity-document numbers, financial-account details, passwords or confidential client information into the registration form.
